I think doing so requires updating the sed filters in https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/rhidp/rhdh/-/blob/rhdh-1-rhel-9/build/ci/sync-midstream.sh?ref_type=heads#L530-533 to replace references to `quay.io/rhdh-community/rhdh` as well.

Also, as pointed out in https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-operator/pull/1807#discussion_r2490451178 , we might need to remove arm64 from the controller pod node affinity constraints.
