Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)

Version inheritance of productized dynamic plugins have been added to streamline updates and admins should be notified about this new feature.

Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

The documentation need to be updated to inform admins about the new approach of using the {{inherit}} tag for easier updates for the productized dynamic plugins we provide so they can update their ConfigMaps and Custom Resources accordingly. They should also know they can use this to inherit from their own `includes` dynamic plugin files as well.

Requirements (aka. Acceptance Criteria):

• Update the upgrade documentation to let the customer know about this new feature, and ensure they can migrate to their configurations accordingly.
• Inform them that duplicate configs found in the `includes` config files as well as in the dynamic-plugins.yaml will result in errors now.
• Potentially provide examples of how to use this new feature.
• The documentation should be for both the Helm and the Operator.
