      EPIC Goal

      What are we trying to solve here?

      A number of plugins moved from "Community Support" in 1.3 to "Technology Preview" when we spun up the Backstage Community Plugins repo.

      The support level is technically the same, but we want to change the labelling so that we will only build plugins in Konflux as OCI artifacts on reg.rh.io which are on a path to GA.

      Here's the list of 41 plugins to move, 15 TP, and 23 GA plugins in 1.8 (total 79):

      The others will be built with community-supported GH actions and published to ghcr.io.
