As a result of the discussions that happened during the overlay structure exploration task RHIDP-8972, we would keep, in each workspace, partial package-level marketplace catalog entity yaml files, following catalog entity Json schema, instead of the dedicated schema initially proposed.
That means that the smoke tests should be adapted to read the app-config of each plugin from the catalog entity, from a different field.
