EPIC Goal
The goal of this epic is to add the upstream autoLogout feature to RHDH.

Adjacent scenario: currently, when the Backstage session expires, there is a pop-up prompting login again (see screenshot in comment).
Why is this important?
- Enables more graceful handling of inactivity timeout/ session expiry.
- Requested by customers.
User Scenarios
- As a platform engineer, I should be able to configure this timeout along with its 5 optional configs in the RHDH app-config
