A task for updating the plugin or module to latest Backstage. If there is a corresponding frontend/backend plugin, attempt to update that plugin as well. If issues arise from updating the plugin, reach out to the appropriate team for assistance. Also ensure that the jfrog-artifactory workspace is updated with the correct version, there should be a corresponding pull request created once the plugin source has been updated
