EPIC Goal
Update our docs to include guidance on mirroring dynamic plugin OCI artifacts for airgapped deployments. This documentation should cover both Operator and Helm installation methods on OpenShift and Kubernetes.
Background/Feature Origin
A new standalone script (mirror-plugins.sh) has been created to handle mirroring of dynamic plugin OCI artifacts for airgapped RHDH deployments. This solution is installation-method agnostic and supports multiple plugin sources (catalog index, file list, direct URLs). The technical documentation will be created in the engineering repositories (rhdh-operator and rhdh-chart repos), but the official product documentation needs to be updated to provide customer-facing guidance on this capability.
