As a user of RHDH, I want to trigger a "event" type orchestrator workflow front the RHDH UI by pressing the "Run" button

Background

currently workflows that are triggered by events, cannot be triggered to run from the orchestrator UI in RHDH.  If a event type workflow is defined, it will be visible in the list of workflows.

If that workflow is triggered the UI will show the status of the run, but the triggering is not able to happen from the front-end.

There is a good possibility that the majority(possibly all of the work) will be backend-plugin related
