Align Lightspeed UI with LCS Api changes

      Story

      As a user of RHDH, I want to use LCS as the underlying service to the lightspeed backend and Lightspeed UI should align with the latest LCS API changes.

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Lightspeed UI should be fully functional with the LCS API changes.
      2. Should remove configs that are no longer needed (lightspeed.server, questionValidation??)
      3.  Upgrade to latest PF chatbot (if available)
      4. Document or Create RFE/bugs if there are any gaps found.
