Extract RHDH, backstage core and community plugins translation strings

      Story

      As a user of RHDH, I want to collect all the translatable strings for RHDH, backstage-core and community-pugins repository.

      Background

      community-plugins now have more plugins with translation support, and backstage core plugins v1.42.5 tag strings combined with RHDH core translations needs to be uploaded again to TMS.

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Extract and combine backstage core plugins with the RHDH translation overrides (internal i.e catalogImport, catalog etc) and create a single json file.
      2. Extract all the community-plugins translation strings in a json file.
      3. Upload them to the Localization drive https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1wLua-1XFdLuicGv9KVha939unNO-_-W7
