Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)

The@backstage/plugin-kubernetes-backend is GA but @backstage/plugin-kubernetes (the corresponding frontend plugin) is TP. We should promote it to GA as it should be stable now after years of being in TP.

Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

To promote this plugin to GA, we need to make sure we have added E2E tests for this plugin and also have documentation on using this plugin added to RHDH.
