      Align jobs with naming scheme redhat-developer-rhdh-PLATFORM-[VERSION]INSTALL_METHOD[SPECIAL_TEST]-nightly

      • OCP jobs
      • osd-gcp-helm

      SPECIAL_TESTs:

      • auth-providers
      • upgrade
      • sealights

      Update /test triggers to align and simplify them from e2e-tests-PLATFORM-INSTALL_METHOD to just e2e-PLATFORM-INSTALL_METHOD. The basic PR checks would then be triggered with /test e2e-ocp-helm, nightly job with /test e2e-ocp-helm-nightly. The reason is to have short, but descriptive triggers.
