As a part of Localization effort, I want to extract all the translations string from backstage/backstage, backstage/community-plugins repositories so that we can manually upload them to Phrase and get it translated.

Background

we want to get all the extracted strings from backstage, community-plugins to get it translated via Phrase manually so that we can work on automating this process in parallel. This allows us to get the translations done upfront .

Acceptance Criteria

• Use cursor and create a rule/guide to extract all the translation strings from any backstage applications/repositories.
• Collect the translation strings and document it.
