Two options here, for some tech debt cleanup work we could do in the 1.9 or 1.10 timeframe when nothing more urgent is afoot or afire:
This folder https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh/tree/main/.ibm used to be named that because it used IBM Cloud hardware for testing
Since it no longer requires that, and since having it in the RHDH repo causes some friction (eg., RHDHBUGS-2054) we could:
- create a new redhat-developer/rhdh-testing project and move all this stuff there, or
- simply rename .ibm to something more meaningful, like .test-automation
This is by no means urgent but does speak to one of the two hardest problems in software: naming things.
