Background

Create a pull request in the rhdh-plugin-export-overlays repository to add Amazon ECS for automated building and distribution as an OCI image.

(✓) Access to rhdh-plugin-export-overlays repository
(✓) Understanding of overlay repository structure and requirements

Acceptance Criteria

(✓) New workspace created in rhdh-plugin-export-overlays if needed
(✓) plugins-list.yaml file created/updated with Amazon ECS details
(✓) source.json file created with repo URL, ref, backstage version info
(✓) Additional config files added if needed (app-config.dynamic.yaml, scalprum-config.json)
(✓) Overlay files added if plugin requires modifications
(✓) Pull request created targeting main branch (or appropriate release branch)
(✓) PR description includes plugin details and testing requirements
