As an engineer working on RHDH, I want to export Amazon ECS locally and test it with RHDH so that I can verify it works before productization

Background

Export the Backstage plugin Amazon ECS from https://github.com/awslabs/backstage-plugins-for-aws/tree/main/plugins/ecs#readme using @janus-idp/cli and test it locally with RHDH to ensure compatibility and
functionality before adding to the overlay repository.

Dependencies and Blockers

(✓) Access to plugin repository: https://github.com/awslabs/backstage-plugins-for-aws/tree/main/plugins/ecs#readme
(✓) @janus-idp/cli tooling available
(✓) Local RHDH development environment

Acceptance Criteria

(✓) Plugin source code cloned from https://github.com/awslabs/backstage-plugins-for-aws/tree/main/plugins/ecs#readme
(✓) Plugin exported using 'npx @janus-idp/cli@latest package export-dynamic-plugin'
(✓) Dynamic plugin package created in dist-dynamic directory
(✓) Plugin packaged as OCI image or tgz for local testing
(✓) Plugin installed and tested in local RHDH instance via dynamic-plugins.yaml
(✓) Basic functionality verified (plugin loads, no errors, core features work)
(✓) Local testing results documented
