As a user of RHDH,
I want the Quickstart titles, descriptions, and CTA labels to support translations,
so that onboarding and guidance content is available in my preferred language, making it easier to understand and follow.

Background

Currently, the Quickstart configuration contains hardcoded strings such as:

- title: Set up authentication
  description: Set up secure login credentials to protect your account from unauthorized access.
  cta:
    text: Learn more

Because these strings are not tied to translation keys, they cannot be localized. Adding support for translation keys (e.g., titleKey, descriptionKey, cta.textKey) along with fallback values will allow better internationalization and a consistent user experience across different languages.

Acceptance Criteria

• Localization Support for Quickstart steps

• • All titles, descriptions, and CTA (Call-To-Action) texts in the Quickstart flow must support localization.

• Translate Existing Steps

• • Quickstart steps defined in dynamic-plugins.default.yaml should be translated.

• Add New Steps with Translation Keys

• • Users can add new Quickstart steps and provide translation keys (titleKey, descriptionKey, cta.textKey).

• • Translated strings for these keys can be added in the translation files.

• Fallback Behavior

• • If a translation key is provided and translation is found → display the translated text.

• • If a translation key is provided but translation is missing → fall back to the original text.

• • If no translation key is provided → display the original text.
