New e2e tests for the new bulk import variant that starts scaffolder templates

      Story

      As a user of RHDH, I want use the bulk import to start multiple scaffolder templates to import my existing software stack. It's up to the customer what this scaffolder template does.

      The backend work for this is handled in Epic RHIDP-8274 / Story RHIDP-8275.

      Backend work https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-plugins/pull/1266 and the plugin change in RHIDP-8865

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. New e2e tests that configured the bulk import and link a scaffolder template
      2. Navigate to a GitHub repository and import some repositories
      3. Verified the bulk import list pages and that the scaffolder templates are started successfully (/create/tasks)

      Problem is how to test the GitHub import flow AND the scaffolder template flow...?!
