EPIC Goal

Different plugins and platforms may have varying levels of support. This epic introduces tagging within the Playwright framework to allow tests to be grouped by plugin, platform, or job type. Tagged tests can then be selectively executed: relevant tests for PR runs and full coverage for nightly runs. This improves efficiency by reducing unnecessary executions while still maintaining broad validation where required.
