      EPIC Goal

      Contributors should be able to validate their changes locally before raising PRs. This epic ensures support for running tests against a "bring-your-own" (BYO) cluster, running selective tests (specific, changed, or all), and securely retrieving necessary secrets from the vault. This will enable faster feedback loops, improve developer experience, and reduce dependency on CI pipelines for early validation.
