As part of a process change in story-pointing RHDHSUPP issues, we want to assign Story Points to RHDHSUPP issues only after they are closed, to reflect the actual engineering effort spent on such customer cases.
This has been reflected in the Team Dashboard (see the "Closed Customer Cases without Story Points" widget), but I was thinking it would be nice to have a JIRA lint rule that notifies folks about their assigned RHDHSUPP issues that are closed but missing story points.
