Evaluate Qodo Merge for code review and compare it with Sourcery.

As discussed during the Cabal call, we can start by enabling it on only the rhdh-operator repo, and test it against one or more PRs.

There is likely a license required, so feel free to reach out to Pavol if we need a license, at least for the trial.
