The GH workflow https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh/blob/main/.github/workflows/next-build-image.yaml creates per-arch images and then combines them into multi-arch images at https://quay.io/repository/rhdh-community/rhdh?tab=tags

Once that's done, we ought to delete the tags for the per-arch images, as they're no longer needed.
