Update RHDH to include version tracking in segment analytics

      Story

      As a user of RHDH, I want to start using the new feature of segment plugin so that I can send the version tracking information along with analytics data.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Should update the Segment plugin wrapper with latest version.
      • Should update the analytics config to start sending app version and backstage version.
