EPIC Goal
To shift left our e2e tests we should have playwright e2e tests that tests the dev page for the rhdh-plugins that 'we', in this case UI team, owns.
This depends on RHIDP-8594 - but each plugin could be done separately.
Acceptance Criteria
Playwright tests incl. a11y checks for these plugins.
Please raise new bugs for all issues the tests find. It's okay to switch to warnings for a11y tests if needed.
