• Investigate how our dynamic plugins framework can load translations from plugins
• Determine how supported languages can be configured in app-config.yaml, and ensure they reflect in the language selection dropdown in the user settings page
• Review upstream Backstage for current localization support and any related issues or gaps
• Document the findings and propose a solution
