      Story

As a user of RHDH, I want to see a consistent "no permission" page across all Red Hat plugins so that I have a clear and predictable experience when I lack access to a feature.

      Background

The current UI displayed when a user lacks permission to access a plugin page is inconsistent across various Red Hat plugins. This inconsistency can lead to user confusion about why they cannot access a page. This ticket's goal is to review all Red Hat plugins, identify these inconsistent "no permissions" pages, and update their UI to align with a unified design.
