Quick start is being extended to also target developers. Extend the quick start test suite to verify the options for a developer account (non-admin).

Acceptance Criteria

•  Quick start test suite is extended to also verify the steps presented to a developer:
  • log in as a non-admin user
  • check the appropriate options are shown to the user (figma)
• The test suite needs to run green on CI (of course)
