With added localization support, an automated test suite is needed to verify the locale switching works properly.

Acceptance Criteria

• New test suite is created in the current playwright test collection, including:
  • locale/language switching (english is the base before switching)
  • verification of key areas of RHDH
    • global-header
    • homepage
    • sidebar
    • catalog
    • settings
    • extensions
• The test suite is easily extendable for new languages support, and parameterized for ease of running with a chosen language
