We need to enhance Mapt to use only Availability zones that support EKS clusters. Without excluding the unsupported AZ, the creation would often fail when creating a cluster with the banned AZ. See https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/eks-cluster-creation-errors 

When we don't use the spot clusters, we are paying more for the resources.
