As a developer of RHDH, I want to move the ServiceNow scaffolder action to the ServiceNow workspace so that we consolidate all of the plugins into one place.

Background

Currently, in BCP, we have two workspaces dedicated to the ServiceNow plugins. Ideally, we should join them together as this will make future maintenance and development work easier.

I don't believe that the two will work out of the box together as I believe that the configuration values for the two plugins have little overlap and might cause some problems. This will likely need to be investigated and we will probably need to figure out a way to join the two configuration options into one.
