As a user of RHDH, I want to utilize the new ServiceNow backend plugin without the need for making changes to my incident tables
Background
Today, the ServiceNow plugin has a requirement of needing the users to make changes to their incident tables to be able to ingest information into the ServiceNow plugins. Ideally, we should find a way to allow users to set their own IDs.
Our current requirements are to:
- Any column should be usable.
- Check the solution with the Security team
- The current solution with the Backstage Entity ID should work as well

Acceptance Criteria
Allow the users the ability to choose what columns that want to use for querying incidents
Ensure that the original Backstage Entity ID continues to work (no breaking change)
Ensure that the security team has had a chance to review
Upstream documentation updates (design docs, release notes etc)
