Enhanced Default Homepage:
- By default RHDH Local should display the standard RHDH 1.7 default homepage layout with three distinct areas:
- "Getting Started"
- "Explore Your Catalog"
- "Explore Your Templates"
- Justification: Provides a familiar and structured entry point, guiding users to key areas of the Hub.
- By default RHDH Local should also show a Floating Action Button configured with links that would take the user to the following websites:
- PodMan Desktop (https://podman-desktop.io)
- RHDH Local on GitHub (https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-local)
