Continued/cloned from ~~RHIDP-7979~~.

Task here is to simply verify that the same results as for 1.5.3 occurred when we release 1.6.3:

1.6.3-digest tag is created, using the same digest as the SHA from https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh/commits/release-1.6
1.6 and 1.6.3 floating tags are updated too, aligned to that same commit SHA
