The default configuration file, https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh/blob/main/dynamic-plugins.default.yaml is using environment variables to retrieve secrets.

However, documentation related procedures are using different variable names.

As a result, the default configuration is not used.

Therefore, adapt the documentation to:

• Use the same environment variable names as in the dynamic-plugins.default.yaml file.
• Expose the default configuration behavior.
• Set configuration sections that have a default as optional.
