      What are we trying to solve here?

      Tech debt issues

      • Today we have both mikefarah/yq (go-based yaml processor) and kislyuk/yq(python wrapper around jq for yaml) in multiple locations that are little confusing and inefficient. It's nice to have a single mikefarah/yq

      Why is this important?

      Simplification and efficiency of maintaining release/build scripts.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • No side-effect should be introduced in the current release/build process
