Issue triaging has improved since the JiraLint was enabled, but there are still a significant amount of issues not being filled in the relevant fields.
A step before reporting to ticket assignees once a week, is reporting the rule violations to the ticket reporter directly after the issue is created (given that the reporter is in the RHDH team).
