The goal of this task is to document sizing guidelines for the PostgreSQL database. We currently have some basic sizing here: https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_developer_hub/1.6/html/about_red_hat_developer_hub/rhdh-sizing_about-rhdh

You are required to:

• Gather documentation from the Perf&Scale Team, see related issue https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHIDP-1806 

• Gather insights from the RHDH team and stakeholders who contributed to the continuation of the initial external DB support epic (https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHIDP-2016).

Using all that insight, create the documentation and test if applicable. After stakeholder approval, pass it on to the docs team to convert to user-facing documentation.
