As a platform engineer getting started with RHDH, I need to understand the syntax used to configure date and time fields, in order to successfully configure my RHDH instance.

Currently, all date and time fields accept the same syntax, but this syntax is nowhere explained in depth.

• Create a reference module explaining the date and time syntax.
• Include the module in the getting started guide.
• In each module containing a reference to at lest one date/time field, add a link to this reference module in the additional resources section.
• Consistent mentions to date/time formatting across the entire docs set.
