[Servicenow] Raise a PR from feature branch against main branch in the community plugin repo

      As a developer of RHDH, I want to raise 
      a PR from `ciiay/community-plugins/servicenow` branch against `backstage/community-plugins/main` branch so that we can get review and comments from the backstage community, and have it merged into the community-plugins repo.
