Icon overrides were added in https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-local/pull/53/files to make the light mode RHDH view look less terribie, by:

• replacing the Janus branding default, and
• ensuring the icon wasn't appearing as white text on grey

This should be fixed via https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh/pull/3023 so once RHDH 1.7.0 is GA, we can revisit rhdh-local and remove the icon overrides in the app-config*yaml files.
