Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)

The core plugins bundled with RHDH—specifically the RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) plugin, Extensions plugin, Adoption plugin, Orchestrator, and Global Header—should have localization capabilities enabled out of the box. This feature aims to ensure that these plugins support multiple languages without requiring additional configuration, thereby enhancing the usability and accessibility of RHDH for a diverse user base.

Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

• Ensure that all core plugins are fully localized to support multiple languages upon installation.

• Improve global user accessibility by providing localized content across all core plugin functionalities.

• Facilitate a seamless user experience by having localization as a standard feature.

Requirements (aka. Acceptance Criteria):

1. The RBAC, Extensions, Adoption, Orchestrator, and Global Header plugins are enabled with localization by default.

1. Ensure all static text is refactored to use localization keys for translation.
2. Language preferences are automatically applied from the main application settings.

Out of Scope (Optional)

1. Localization for third-party plugins not included in the core bundle.
