As part of our effort to improve code quality and maintainability, we will integrate Sourcery.ai into the rhdh-local, rhdh-operator, and rhdh-chart, repository. This includes configuring the GitHub integration, enabling it for PR analysis and reviews ONLY.

Note, this was not an overnight decision; we as a team discussed, pros and cons during our team retrospectives, and even created an initial Spike to validate its use-cases.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Sourcery GitHub App is installed and authorized for rhdh-local

• Sourcery config (if needed) is added to the repo

• PRs are automatically analyzed by Sourcery

• Update the Team Instance documentation with brief usage guides
