Follow on from RHIDP-4641, this task is to further investigate response time at 100 concurrent active users and aim to get responsiveness improved to at least the acceptable range of < 2000ms.

Potential actions to achieve this:

• Create a simple benchmark/scenario that can be run
• Identify whether this is present it Backstage or RHDH-specific
• Review latest release result from Perf&Scale (1.6/1.7) accordingly
