Customers are using KCS articles and other sources to troubleshoot issues; we need to provide troubleshooting steps in the prod docs. 

NOTE: there are multiple approaches to delivering troubleshooting content to customers. One approved way is to include a `.Troubleshooting` section in the procedure module that includes the steps that commonly require troubleshooting. 

Work with members of the Security working group, as needed, to learn more about the troubleshooting content needed to improve the RHDH authentication experience.
