support pushing containers to stage via Konflux release.yaml

      We can't use stage to smoke test container releases, due to olm.unmapped_references violations.

      However after chatting with Martin Malina in #konflux-users there might be a solution to this:

      • enhance the existing IDMS to allow reg.stage.rh.io images to be found from quay.io
