GOALS for this feature:

• Goal: Include and integrate the Adoption Insights plugin (GA) OOTB in RHDH 1.7
  • Included OOTB - everyone gets this plugin as part of the 1.7 build of RHDH
  • Disabled by default (but can be enabled in the RHDH config using YAML)
  • No need for extra downloads (access to OCI registry should not be required)
  • Test alongside our other built in plugins
  • Issue: Sort out the “multiple analytics providers” issue to remove clash with Segment

• Goal: Uplift the Adoption Insights plugin to tech-preview (GA) status

• • Documentation is updated where necessary (e.g. the install instructions have changed)
  • Must have fixed the issue with multiple analytics providers in RHDH

• Goal: List the Adoption Insights plugin in the Extensions Catalog
  • Include the Adoption Insights plugin in the Extensions Catalog in RHDH
  • Include the instructions on how to activate the Adoption Insights plugin in RHDH 1.7 in the Extensions Catalog (when the user clicks the "install" button and instructions appear)

Expectation from Core is that this is mostly on PAI, but will depend on Core determining and sharing the plugin Konflux build pipeline when ready (RHIDP-6090).
