Update the Global Header configuration and wrapper versions so that the Global Header appears above the sidebar, the sidebar logo is hidden by default, and the Company Logo is displayed in the Global Header.

Background

Currently, the logo is part of the sidebar, but we want to move it to the Global Header for a cleaner layout—so the sidebar logo needs to be hidden by default.
Additionally, the Global Header is currently positioned as above main content, but we want to reposition it to appear above the sidebar to align with the new visual structure and branding strategy.

Acceptance Criteria

• Wrapper packages use the latest Global Header version
• dynamic-plugins.default.yaml includes the below configuration
  • Company Logo is mounted in the Global Header with:

- mountPoint: global.header/component
  importName: CompanyLogo
  config:
    priority: 200
    props:
      to: '/' 

• Sidebar logo is disabled via

app:
  sidebar:
    logo: false

• position: above-sidebar is set in the Global Header configuration
