Manually test `tls.keys` and `tls.certs` configs in LDAP catalog provider

      During the manual testing of the LDAP plugin, we have determined that testing these 2 TLS configs is out of scope for 1.7. Reasons being:

      • These 2 configs cover an edge case where the customer would want to configure mutual TLS to authenticate with LDAP. Most users will opt for using a service account to interact with LDAP with `bind`
      • This is a Backstage functionality and we expect it to work

      This task is tech debt, to be tested when there is bandwidth to do so.
