Update docs to announce removal of bundled plugin wrappers

      In 1.5 we already have doc about how to use oci references, eg.,

      In 1.7 or 1.8 if we hit GA for publishing oci artifacts to reg.rh.io (rather than the current community ones pushed to ghcr.io and dev preview ones on quay.io) the doc should be updated so that using OCI artifact is now the RECOMMENDED approach, as the wrappers are deprecated and will be removed soon.

      In 1.9 we can provide a migration tool to move more easily from wrappers to OCI artifacts.

      In 1.10, we can then remove the wrappers entirely after a lengthy deprecation period.
